Training
MaxiCleen puts a huge amount of work into carefully vetting and screening it's service staff. They must have;
- Two written references which we carefully check
- Proof of address
- Identification
- Next of kin details
- Permission to do domestic cleaning in England
- Pass a practical, oral and written domestic cleaning exam, which is carried out one to one with an examiner in a test flat.
After the service staff have passed the vetting, they go through our training course. This includes;
- Oral lecture, accompanied by written course notes
- Scheduling, time keeping, honesty, reliability and all other things a cleaner needs to treat the customer with professionalism and respect
- Practical cleaning exercises in our test centre
- Field training where they go out on a job with an experienced instructor
Once they have finished the training course they are also continuously monitored by our cleaning consultants to ensure they keep to our very high standards.
